How to return

We provide you with a seven day return and replacement service without any reason. If you are not satisfied with your baby within seven days after receiving it, you can apply for a return and replacement. Please make sure that the machine is not used, no one damages it, and the packaging is complete, which will not affect the secondary sales. If you need to return or replace the goods, please contact the customer service of the relevant purchase platform for return or replacement.

Whether the installation is charged

The installation service can enjoy free installation with the valid purchase certificate, and Nuobana will provide professional personnel for on-site maintenance.

How to arrange logistics

Nobana provides free door-to-door delivery service. The logistics personnel will contact you in advance before delivery and choose a time period convenient for you to deliver. Please be sure to confirm the delivery address to avoid no one signing for it.

Whether it is possible to exchange or replace other products

If you think the product model is not suitable, you can contact the customer service within the specified time to replace a more desirable product.

How long to arrange delivery

We will arrange the delivery within 48 hours of purchase; If you need to exchange the goods, we will send you the replacement products within three days after receiving the goods you need to exchange.

Can it be repaired? Do you charge for it?

If there is any quality problem with the product you purchased, you can contact the online customer service of the purchase platform to make a repair appointment. Some specific repairs will be charged.

Warranty service

Nobana installation service can enjoy free installation with valid purchase certificate

1、If the system has an installation service record, the warranty period starts from the installation date

2、If the system has no installation service record and the user can provide a valid purchase invoice or purchase voucher, the warranty period starts from the purchase date

3、If the system has no installation service record, and the user cannot provide a valid purchase invoice or purchase voucher, the warranty period shall be calculated from 60 days after the factory date (the logistics code shall be clear and complete)


Under what circumstances can we not guarantee three guarantees?

Under any of the following circumstances, the three guarantees will not be implemented, and the fees will be charged according to the guidance price standard of Norbert

1、The complete machine and parts have exceeded the free warranty period

2、The operating environment (such as voltage, humidity, temperature, ventilation conditions, etc.) does not meet the requirements of the product manual, or the operation is not in accordance with the product instructions, causing artificial damage

3、Failure or damage caused by the use of accessories not provided by the original manufacturer due to user reasons

4、Failure or damage caused by accidental factors or human factors (including scratch, handling, bump, foreign matter falling, rat damage, insect damage, etc.)

5、Failure or aging caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, lightning, etc.) such as natural disasters
